This Payment Methods page outlines the accepted forms of payment and related terms for purchases made from GST Gear LLC (“GST Gear,” “we,” “us”) through our website, quotations, or purchase agreements.

Accepted Payment Methods

GST Gear accepts the following payment methods, subject to order type, amount, and customer approval:

Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer

  • Domestic and international wire transfers are accepted.

  • Payment instructions will be provided on the quotation or invoice.

  • Customers are responsible for all bank fees, wire charges, and intermediary fees.

Credit & Debit Cards

  • Major credit and debit cards may be accepted for certain orders.

  • Card payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers.

  • GST Gear does not store full card details.

Note: Credit card payments may be subject to transaction limits or processing fees, depending on order size and location.

Online Payment Platforms

  • GST Gear may accept payment through approved online payment platforms where available.

  • Availability depends on customer location and transaction value.

Other Payment Methods

  • Additional payment methods (e.g., checks or alternative arrangements) may be accepted by prior written agreement only.

Payment Terms

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required in full prior to shipment.

  • For project-based or custom equipment orders, advance payments or progress payments may be required.

  • Payment terms, currency, and due dates will be clearly stated on the quotation, invoice, or sales agreement.

Currencies

  • Prices may be quoted in USD or other agreed currencies.

  • Customers are responsible for any exchange rate differences, bank conversion fees, or related charges.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

  • Prices exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and government charges in accordance with local laws and agreed Incoterms.

Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and cleared.

  • Production, procurement, and shipping schedules begin only after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or Failed Payments

  • GST Gear reserves the right to delay production, shipment, or delivery for overdue or failed payments.

  • Any costs incurred due to payment delays may be charged to the customer.

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds and credits are governed by our Return Policy and applicable agreements.

  • Processing times vary depending on the original payment method and financial institutions.

Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All online payments are processed using industry-standard security measures.

  • GST Gear reserves the right to request additional verification or decline transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
